Public or Private School? PUBLIC

I first heard about the line Public School was a few years ago. They had a few items at a store Arrive that my homeboy worked at in Miami. Their line is clean, fresh, and sophisticated. One of my favorite pieces from there new arrivals is the "Black Jon" 100% washed lamb vest. My favorite MC's, Loso, was recently photo'd wearing it at a show. That G.O.O.D Music...

G.O.O.D music artist Big Sean is new to the scene, but with Kanye West backing him he is definitely going to be a force to be reckoned with. He was also honored this year to be one of the "top ten freshman" for XXL. Being a midwest native myself, he already has my stamp of approval. He recently did a shoot with EZO magazine and posted are some flicks from the shoot.

Travis Barker's son Landon is probably the flyest little kid I have seen well...ever. Everytime he is photo'd on the red carpet with his father he gives the stoned face and immulates his dad to the T.

Anticipated Albums for 2010 (my picks)

Young Jeezy-Thug Motivation 103: come on Jeezy we need that real trap music out and you are the only one who always brings it. Rumored to be out first half of 2010.

Kanye West- Due date 3rd quarter. A lyrical genius we can expect greatness for Ye. After 808s and heartbreak you know there is far more up his sleeve.

Drake-Thank Me Later: March 2010. Originally due for February, Thank Me LAter was pushed back. Can Drake live up to the hype? I believe so. Can you say " a milli, a milli, a milli..."

Lil Wayne- The Carter 4:4th quarter. Um...there really isnt much to say, but hits on deck.

T.I: first half of 2010. After almost a year bid, Tip is out and we know has more then enough hits for a new album. I think this might be one of the realest albums we can expect to hear from Tip..stay tuned.

Lupe Fiasco- Lasers: first half of 2010. One of my favorite Mc's, Chicago's own Lupe Fiasco know hows to show off his skills on records.

One of my favorite rappers Young Dro. His style is very preppy and clean. With his gritty lyrics his style seems to be the complete opposite, but its def working for him. Love it.

The Dream's third album is finally done and he is saying its his best yet. Love vs. Money was by far one of my favorite albums of 2009 so I am sure his new album Love King is going to be bigger and better. I cant wait.

Rapper Mystikal has been released from prison after serving a 6 year bid. Famous for hits like Shake it fast (my fav) and Danger! hopefully he lives up to his hype. He says he has been writing and is going to shake up the industry. Maybe he will get signed to young money (dont do it wayne).

I know I am a few days late, but I thought I should add a female style icon for 2009 as well. So here it is...my fav Kim Kardashian. You really couldnt go through a magazine in 2009 without Kim being on the cover or a feature in it. Her style has def improved throughout the years with help from stylist Monica Rose. She also stars on the hit show Keeping up with the Kardashians, is helping design a line for bebe with her sisters this year, and has a new fragerance coming out in 2010. love her.
